Most massage techniques are performed with the client unclothed; however, you may decide what is comfortable for you. You will be alone in the  room while you disrobe, relax onto the table and cover yourself with a  clean sheet. You are draped at all times with a sheet and blanket to  keep you warm and comfortable. Only the areas worked will be exposed at that time.

This will be determined by where you are tense and/or feeling pain, such as  your neck, shoulders, and lower back. A typical full body massage session includes work on head, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet, back, and shoulders.

Make  yourself comfortable! Many people prefer to close their eyes and  completely relax, while others like to visit. This is up to you. Feel  free to ask questions about massage in general, or about the techniques you are receiving. Sometimes immediate effects of a massage may seem mild. Others are felt over time, so watch for changes such as pain relief, increased mobility, reduced stress, greater relaxation, and etc.
